General Conditions of Sale

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Alexis Paige Made LLC network, collectively referred to as “APMLLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our” for this Agreement. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the company Alexis Paige Made LLC an order validated via our secure payment platform. “Client” and “you” may be used interchangeably in the Agreement.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply: APMLLC only accepts Clients over 18 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 21 years old (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any client discovered to be under the aforementioned age limits will be immediately reimbursed and removed from our database.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to APMLLC implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in U.S. dollars, excluding taxes, shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that which was announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can pay by debit or credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside of the United States must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). Secure online payment by debit or credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery of any physical product is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, you must pay particular attention to the spelling of the address entered and postal code). The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you may still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to the warranty.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our privacy policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers concerning products published by APMLLC. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the link provided at the end of each email.

Article 7: Refund Policy

APMLLC wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and have the highest quality experience with our products and services. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, email support@alexispaigemade.com for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.

Article 8: Statement of Informed Consent to Participate In Nutrition, Exercise & Behavior Modification Coaching Programs

You hereby request and consent to the performance of nutrition, strength, and behavior modification coaching provided by APMLLC. You understand that APMLLC is not a medical physician, does not dispense medical advice, nor diagnoses or treats any medical condition, but will provide nutrition and exercise guidance and education.

While nutrition and exercise support can complement your medical care, you understand these services are not a substitute for medical care. If you are under the care of a medical professional or currently using prescription medications, you will discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplement use with your doctor, and will not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting your doctor.

You will continue medical supervision and care by your primary care physician. You understand that APMLLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained during or after paritcipation in any programs purchased on this website and that you are participating in coaching services at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after the completion of coaching services. You hereby fully and forever release and discharge APMLLC from all claims, demands, damages, and rights of action present and future.

Article 9: Disclaimers

Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Individual results may vary and results are not guaranteed.

Article 10: Revisions & Errata

The materials appearing on APMLLC’s websites could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. APMLLC does not warrant that any of the materials on our websites are accurate, complete, or current. APMLLC may make changes to the materials contained on our websites at any time without notice. We do not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Article 11: Acknowledgement

Participation in any programs provided by APMLLC indicates that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and voluntarily agree to the terms.
